【退換貨政策】
01.依照消費者保護法規定，消費者均享有產品到貨七天猶豫期之權益(鑑賞期非試用期)，若需辦理退換貨，
退回產品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整(保持產品、附件、包裝、廠商紙箱及所有附隨文件或資料之完整性) ，否則恕不接受退貨。
02.若因退貨商品不完整或配件遺漏，致使物流公司需二次至指定地點收貨，消費者需自行負擔物流費(或自行寄回)。
03.若原先符合滿額贈活動，後因退貨而未達活動贈禮標準時，也需將滿額贈品一併退回。
04.當您申請退換貨後，3-5日內將派車請貨運收回產品，請主動向貨運人員索取單據，並保留至退換貨完成，以利日後查詢。

05.退款時間，商品包裹收回門市後檢查，商品狀態無問題，會於3個工作天內退款完成。
【Return and Exchange Policy】
01. According to the Consumer Protection Law, consumers have a seven-day inspection period (not a storage period) after receiving the goods. For returns or exchanges, the returned goods must be in brand new condition and retain their original packaging (the goods, accessories, packaging box, manufacturer's carton, and all accompanying documents or materials must be retained intact). Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
02. If the returned goods are incomplete or missing accessories, requiring the logistics company to pick up the goods from the designated location a second time, the consumer shall bear the logistics cost (or send the goods back by themselves).
03. If you were originally eligible for the "spend a certain amount and receive a gift" promotion, but later failed to meet the promotion's gift criteria due to a return, you must also return the "spend a certain amount and receive a gift" promotion.
04. After you apply for a return or exchange, a freight truck will be dispatched within 3-5 days to collect the product. Please proactively request a receipt from the freight personnel and keep it until the return or exchange is completed for future inquiries.

05. Refund Time: After the package is returned to the store for inspection, if the product is in good condition, the refund will be completed within 3 business days.
